Alternate Listening Devices (ALD’s) provide an option and/or addition to hearing aid performance and can be viewed and evaluated in our patient education area. These devices can enhance better hearing and understanding in quiet and background noise, in conference/convention areas and while listening to the television, radio, and the telephone.

- Alarm clocks and alarm clock systems:

Hearing Protection and Other Devices
Despite popular belief 65%, of individuals with hearing loss are under the age of 65. Many of those losses are to due damage suffered by the ear from excessive and loud noise exposure.
